Take it on location - Company - $850 +GST
We welcome doing your company headshots (individual and group) on location – either at your offices or at an alternative location that suits the message and vibe you would like to convey.
Working on location has an extra fee to accommodate for us needing to pack our equipment from the studio and travel to and from the location. We may also need to cover parking expenses for CBD locations. Typically these shoots take a lot longer due to the setup time to load equipment to the site, and set up as required. We also need time to pack down and re-load equipment to set up back at the studio.
Location requirements do need to be considered to ensure that we can accommodate your company headshots effectively. We require easy access (loading zone or preferably on-site parking) with lift access to upper floors. The shoot location needs to be large enough to accommodate our equipment setup as well as any large backdrops if needed. We require a MINIMUM room size of 4m x 3.5m – or larger if possible for best results. Please get in touch to discuss your location – we welcome any site visits beforehand to ensure that the shoot will run smoothly.
We do not need electricity as most of our equipment can run on batteries. Please also consider things like privacy (not too many people around), and timing (if the location is exterior, it is crucial that you will be back-lit with the sun behind you when facing the camera.
If you would like feedback on your location choice/s please get in touch so that we can discuss options and make sure it is a feasible choice. Interiors are of course generally much simpler. Please ensure that there is plenty of space available to set up lighting etc.
IMPORTANT: The weather may be an issue for exterior shoots – we want to avoid windy conditions (this can be a nightmare for both our equipment and your hair!) and of course rain would cause problems as well. We prefer not to work in temperatures above 32 degrees if possible (princess!) – not only for our comfort but also to avoid sweaty, shiny skin and red faces

- Travel to and from location (from either of our studios) within metro areas from Norwood or within 25 mins from Mount Barker
- All equipment plus an assistant if required
- Set up and pack-down time
- Laptop tethering to allow images to be reviewed on-site; we prefer that people select their final image/s for editing on the day if time permits
